Most nonprofits I have worked with list onboarding and training of employees as a major challenge. This cries out for AI support, which I would find using the following prompt, adopted from the NeatPrompts Newsletter (April 20, 2025):

Act in the role as an expert in human resources and adult learning. In that role, review the website for XYZ.org, a nonprofit located in [place] that performs [describe programs]. Design a comprehensive training and development program tailored for [Target Audience/Team], focusing on enhancing key skills and competencies. Include a structured curriculum with clear objectives, engaging learning methods, and measurable outcomes. Outline how the program will address current skill gaps, incorporate feedback mechanisms, and ensure ongoing support and development. Consider incorporating both in-person and digital training solutions to maximize accessibility and effectiveness.

Will this get you all the way there? Absolutely not. But gathering this information would provide an excellent checklist for potential implementation.
